Policy Overview
To ensure fairness and maximize participation in our open play sessions and court reservations, Pickle Pals has established the following cancellation and transfer policy.
Open Play Cancellation
Policy No Cancellations Within 12 Hours: Cancellations for open play slots will not be accepted within 12 hours of the scheduled play time.
Non-Refundable: Fees for open play slots are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within this timeframe.
Open Play Transfer Policy
Transferable to Other Members: If you cannot attend your reserved open play slot within the 12-hour window, you may transfer your slot to another member who did not secure a spot for that day.
No Rescheduling: Transferred slots cannot be moved to a different date or time. They are only valid for the specific open play session for which they were originally reserved.
Court Reservation Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable: Fees for reserved court time are non-refundable once the reservation is made. Transferable to Other Members: If you cannot use your reserved court time, you may transfer your reservation to another member. However, if no one is available to accept the transfer, you are still responsible for the payment.
How to Transfer a Slot or Reservation
Notify Us: Contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to attend your reserved slot or court time and provide the name of the member to whom you wish to transfer.
Confirmation: We will confirm the transfer with both parties to ensure a smooth transition.
Purpose of the Policy
This policy is designed to:
*Encourage commitment to reserved slots and court times.
*Allow other members the opportunity to play if someone cannot attend.
*Maintain a fair and organized system for managing open play sessions and court reservations.
